Alexander Brothers faces new accusations, including the sexual traffic of a minor

A highly publicized case against eminent real estate magnifications took a new turning point this week while the federal prosecutors have filed new accusations against Oren and Tal Alexander, as well as their brother Alon, on May 8.

Departed within the framework of a replaced indictment, which prevails over the first indictment, the accusations against the Alexander brothers understand additional charges of alleged sex trafficking – one of which involves a minor.

The Oren and Tal Alexander brothers have gained notoriety on the luxury real estate market in New York through their business, Alexander Group, and were under federal survey alongside the twin of Oren, Alon, since the end of 2024.

They were accused of having attracted women to nightclubs and holidays, then to drugs and sexually attacks.

All three previously pleaded not guilty to the first series of accusations of sexual traffic.

They risk 15 years for life in prison if they were found guilty of federal accusations.

In addition to the new accusations, the replaced indictment included more alleged victims. Six alleged victims are now the basis of criminal charges.

A person identified as a minor victim-3 was the victim of the trafficking, even if Alon and Tal Alexander would have had a “reasonable opportunity” to observe that she was not yet 18, according to the new indictment.

“The replaced accusation act does not change anything,” said lawyers for Tal Alexander, Milton Williams and Deanna Paul last week, calling him “a heated version of the same case”.

Richard Klugh, lawyer for Oren Alexander, shared similar feelings, saying that the new accusations are wrong and lack merit.

“We are going to fight any new spin offered in these charges and establish the innocence of our client because he has shown his desire to do by doing a rigorous polygraphic exam,” Klugh said.

Alon Alexander’s lawyer Howard Srebnick also referred to his client’s desire to take a polygraph, declaring: “Alon passed a lie detector test, administered by a former Polygraph examiner of the Senior FBI, establishing his innocence in the accusations in the previous version of the accusation.”

“To our knowledge, not a single alleged accuser, including those of the new version of the indictment, has not completed a Litting detector test of the FBI,” he continued.

The federal prosecutors did not respond to the affirmation by the lawyer for the defense of an erroneous prosecution, except to call it an in progress in progress.

The case sent shock waves via the New York real estate community, where the Alexandre group was known for negotiating several million dollars agreements for celebrity customers.

An indictment on the new charges was not immediately fixed. The brothers are detained at the Metropolitan detention center in Brooklyn awaiting trials, which is currently scheduled for January.
