Elon Musk expresses frustration on a range of recent movements by the Trump administration: sources

Elon Musk’s grievances with the Trump administration extend beyond the level of spending in the president’s signature bill, sources said in ABC News.
Several people who spoke to the President and Musk described an extended rift on a range of recent administration movements.
Musk expressed private the frustration of part of the expenditure invoice which would reduce the tax credit on electric vehicles, said several people who spoke to the billionaire.
After the November elections, Musk called at the end of the tax credit, but more recently, his company, Tesla, became a vocal opponent to delete the provision.

“The sudden end of energy tax credits would threaten the energy independence of America and the reliability of our network,” published the company on social networks.
Musk had also become more and more frustrated by the Trump administration hitting artificial intelligence agreements with its competitor Openai, sources told ABC News.
Behind the scenes, Musk raised objections on an agreement that did not include his AI start-up, but he finally progressed, sources said.
Another source of tension: the withdrawal of the appointment of Musk Ally Jared Isaamman as the NASA administrator during the weekend, according to sources that said that Musk was deeply disappointed by the move.
There have also been deep disagreements on trade policy. In April, Musk called the commercial advisor Peter Navarro a “moron” and “dumber that a brick bag” in a series of Posts on X.
On Tuesday, Musk went to X for the Lambaste the financing bill to advance Trump’s legislative program, calling it a “disgusting abomination”. He continued to attack the bill in a burst of x messages Tuesday evening until Wednesday morning.
“Gigantic expenditure bills are bankrupt with America!” Musk wrote In a post.
The White House refused to comment. A Musk representative did not respond to a request for comments.
