Florida, Wisconsin races are a possible overview of how DEMS and GOP could tackle mid-term: Analysis

The victory of the Supreme Court of Democrats in Wisconsin and the Republican Margin of Victory in Florida serve as a start for the greatest battle between Republicans and Democrats while the parties are preparing for the year halfway.
In Wisconsin, Elon Musk’s coherent presence in the race – cash gifts, campaign appearances and articles on his social networks – the site all seem to have benefits for the Republicans who support the conservative judge Brad Schimel. In addition, the comfortable Schimel to President Donald Trump in a technically non -partisan breed has not succeeded either.
Democrats and liberal judge Susan Crawford have however managed to make this race a referendum on the richest man in the world and to rally support on a key question which could be in court – reproductive rights. In turn, voters voted to maintain liberal control of the highest courtyard in the state.

If Musk continues to intervene in the elections in the same way, democrats can have a winning game book to reproduce. However, it remains to be seen if this loss will encourage the Republicans to distant musk in future competitions or if Trump himself will focus on the idea of Musk as spokesperson for the Maga movement in critical races.
And even if they lost the two special house races in Florida, the Democrats have drilled with voters on the Roubis red republican lawn.
The members of the Republican Congress Elected Jimmy Patronis and Randy Fine won by two -digit margins, but compared to their predecessors, the pair of republicans brought to Trump won much narrower victories.

Matt Gaetz and Mike Waltz each won by more than 30 points in November. Democratic candidates Josh Weil and Gay Valimont followed the winners on Tuesday of about half.
However, the Republicans savor in the victories.
“The American people have sent a clear message tonight: they want elected officials who will make President Trump’s first program progress, and their votes cannot be purchased by national democrats,” said Republican Party Michael Whatley.
While Trump praised the power of his own approval for victories.
“Trump approval, as always, turned out to be much greater than the Democratic forces of evil,” he posted on social networks.
A key point for the GOP: perhaps victories will have to be more difficult to fight than in the past while anti-Trump feeling mobilizes voters in the redest areas.
The Democrats celebrated the defense of the Republicans, already seeking to capitalize on Tuesday’s energy while they turn around 2026, their next great chance of recovering a certain power in a Washington led by Les Républicains.
“Everywhere, the Republicans know that a calculation is coming – Democrats take the majority in 2026,” said the president of the Democratic Party Ken Martin on Tuesday. Adding a separate declaration, “don’t be mistaken: the momentum is on our side.”
