Formerly a key member of the interior circle of President Donald Trump, a major campaign donor and a presence of scene during the office meetings, Elon Musk’s relationship with the president has deteriorated in a bitter public quarrel since she left the White House last week.
Musk left his role as the very visible White House which leads the Ministry of Effectiveness of the Government after having reached its 130 -day limit as an employee of the special government. The War of Words began shortly after Musk left the White House and expressed his opposition to One Big Beld Act of Trump, who adopted the room last month by a single vote and is now in the Senate.

In the wake of Trump’s assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania, Musk publishes a video of a bloody Trump pumping his fist in the air on X and writes: “I fully approve of President Trump and hoped for his rapid recovery”.

Musk is organizing an interview with Trump on X. The event is prey to technical difficulties, but sees an audience reported of 1.3 million.
Musk praises Trump for the way he managed the assassination attempt and exploded Trump’s opponent, then Vice President Kamala Harris, but he rejects some of Trump’s claims on climate change.

Musk urges people to register to vote and have made disturbing warnings about the consequences of the next elections.
“If they don’t, it will be the last election. This is my prediction,” said Musk, echoing the feelings similar to that of Trump.
Later, the deposits of the Federal Electoral Commission show that Musk spent more than $ 270 million on his own money thanks to two Super CAPs who favored Trump’s candidacy and other Republicans in the 2024 elections.

A week after the elections, Trump announced that Musk – and the former presidential candidate for GOP Vivek Ramaswamy – would lead a newly created “department of efficiency”.
“Together, these two wonderful Americans will open the way to my administration to dismantle government bureaucracy, reduce surplus regulations, reduce waste spending and restructure federal agencies,” Trump said in a statement.
Ramaswamy would later leave the role of presenting himself to the post of Ohio Governor.
Later this month, Trump joined Musk in Texas for a launch of SpaceX Starship Rocket.

“Is anyone unhappy with Elon?” Trump said to the group, many of which started to laugh. “If you are, we will throw it from here. Is anyone unhappy? They have a lot of respect for Elon,” he said when the members of the cabinet were starting to applaud.
During the meeting, Musk, in a black hat “Make America Great Again” – although he is not an official member of the cabinet – is the first to speak.

During another meeting a few weeks later, Trump tells the members of the cabinet that they are in charge of the agencies and the departments they supervise – not musk.

The meeting occurred while some secretaries of the cabinet had expressed private frustration concerning Musk’s efforts to reduce the size and scope of their agencies.
Trump later said to journalists that he warned the members of the cabinet that if they did not make the necessary cuts to reduce the “bloating” in the federal government, Musk and Doge would take over.

In the middle of a sliding result in the Tesla automotive company of Musk and a series of vandalism and other attacks against cars, Trump organizes a teslas showcase on the lawn of the White House.
“I just want people to know that you cannot be penalized to be a patriot,” Trump told journalists during a photo shoot with Musk and his vehicles. “People should be unleashed and they love the product.”
