Johnson scraps voting on the BluePrrt Budit

The president of the room, Mike Johnson, said on Wednesday evening that the Chamber would not vote as planned on the budgetary plan of the GOP approved by the Senate which would finance the agenda of President Donald Trump because a small “subset” of members is not completely satisfied.

“I think it will pass today,” said Johnson.
“The president is willing to help, and he said to me this morning. But I think we are doing this job,” he said, noting that he was sympathetic to the concerns of warnings to the extent approved by the Senate.
“We have a very important mission, and it is to deliver the only big and beautiful bill that will resume this economy and solve these other problems,” he concluded.
