Noem exploded “weak” European leaders, strains for conservative candidates in Poland

Internal security secretary Kristi Noem did Tuesday that Karol Nawrocki was president of Poland when he was expressed during the conservative political action conference in Warsaw, denouncing his opponent as a “train wreck”.
It is an extraordinary decision for an in -office member of the American cabinet to defend a political candidate in a foreign country.
Noem spoke for more than 20 minutes at the CPAC, an American group who seeks to disseminate conservative ideas and held his first conference in Poland on Tuesday.
She said there was no time for “nice words”, saying: “We don’t have time to dance around the dangers that threaten our societies”.
“No matter who is in charge,” told Noem to the crowd. “I have looked over the years like socialists and people who are like this mayor outside Warsaw who is an absolute train wreck in a leader destroyed our country because they led by fear.
“They used fear to control people, and they used fear to promote a program that is not freedom, it’s not freedom,” she said.
The election of Polish runoff for the president is Sunday, June 1, with Nawrocki as a conservative choice and Rafal Trzaskowski for the Civic Platform Party.
Nawrocki visited President Donald Trump earlier this year.
“He must be the next president of Poland,” said Noem about Nawrocki. “Do you understand me?”

Noem then targeted “weak” European leaders who authorized migrants and “destroyed their civilizations”.
“You have applied your borders. You have protected that enter your country, applied your visa programs. You have done a good job to make sure that this country has a different history,” she told the crowd.
“But you have much more to do, and you are threatened by a leader who is on the ballot which would eliminate all this protection of you, which will open up to you with a large part of the experiences that America had to live under our last president, Joe Biden,” she added, offering sharp criticism to Biden and his predecessor, Alejandro Mayorkas.
She argued that America “lived four years of hell” and that the public made a choice to elect Trump in November.
“Thousands and thousands of dangerous criminals have entered our country, hundreds of known terrorists have infiltrated our country and our communities,” she said. “And our families were murdered and raped and victims, arrested, released again by his administration to continue the agenda for fear that he was trying to promote and allow the political power to be in his hands but not between the people.”

Noem congratulated Trump as making the United States “safer” for the public.
“Donald Trump is a strong leader for us, but you have the opportunity to have a leader in Karol if you make him the leader of this country,” she said.
“You can be this brilliant city on a hill that the rest of Europe and the world will look at and know how strong you are, how free you are because you have elected the right leader who will protect and defend him and assure you that each individual is treated in the same way and has equal rights as allowed,” she added.
Noem also said that if the Pole elects the right person, the country will continue to have support from the United States
“If you have elected a chief who will work with President Donald J. Trump, the Polish people will have a strong ally who will guarantee that you can fight enemies who do not share your values,” she said. “You will have solid borders and protect your communities and keep them safe and ensure that your citizens are respected every day. You will continue to have an American presence here, a military presence, for Trump, that we can work together for the security of our two nations.”
The CPAC will go to Hungary later this week, but it is not clear if Noem or any other American official will speak at the conference.
