Palm Springs Bombing Suspect seems to have published bombs on YouTube

Guy Bartkus – The only suspect in a bombing of fatal cars that took place outside a fertility center in Palm Springs, California, May 17 – seems to have operated several social media accounts where he published videos of homemade explosive devices and messages pointing to his plans.

The law enforcement officers examine the accounts, which would have been operated by Bartkus, a familiar source with the survey at ABC News.

An instantaneous of a YouTube channel, entitled “Indict Evolution”, was recorded in an online archive before the chain was removed from the platform.

The archive contains videos dating back at least six years and pointing out an interest in experimenting with explosives and homemade chemicals.

Several videos show what appears to be homemade explosive devices.

Other videos have suggested an interest in radioactive materials, with titles like “Uranium Ore next to Geiger Counter” and “Thorium Mine Thorite”.

A spokesperson for YouTube, questioned in the “encourage development,” said, “we have ended the channels associated with the suspect”.

The canal was no longer available on Sunday.

The spokesperson added that the accounts had been deleted for violating the platform policy on violent extremism.

One of the videos of the YouTube account was divided on May 12 to a controversial babbabilla dedicated to suicide. The story that shared the YouTube video experienced the same username which, according to the police, belonged to Bartkus, according to a source familiar with the investigation.

On May 5, a position on this account mentioned a failed suicide attempt involving drugs and a homemade explosive device.

Thursday, this account again displayed, detailing the worrying plans for a death by poisoning with carbon monoxide. In a follow -up article, the user referred to “an additional drama that I should probably not say haha”.

The suspect was identified on Sunday afternoon as the 25-year-old guy, Edward Bartkus, by Twentynine Palms, which is located about 80 kilometers from Palm Springs, according to Akil Davis, deputy director in charge of the FBI field office in Los Angeles.

Bartkus would be the person found dead next to the detonated vehicle, said Davis.

The fertility clinic near the explosion, the American reproductive centers of Palm Springs, said in a press release that its staff members, as well as eggs, embryos and reproductive materials, were unscathed in the explosion.
