The judge issues a permanent blocking of the executive order of Trump targeting the law firm Perkins Coie

Friday, a federal judge rendered a permanent decision prohibiting the Trump administration from implementing a decree targeting the law firm Perkins Coie, describing President Donald Trump’s efforts to repress law firms as an unconstitutional and “unprecedented” attack against the fundamental foundations of the rule of law.
“No American president has never made decrees like that in question in this trial targeting an eminent law firm with unfavorable actions to be carried out by all executive branch agencies, but, with the aim and effect, this action approaches a play book as old as Shakespeare, which has penetrated the sentence:` `The first thing we do, must kill all the lawyers ” of American district Beryl Howell said in a scathing opinion.
“In a turn worthy of cringing teeth with the theatrical phrase” Turons All lawyers “, EO 14230 adopts the approach of” Turons the lawyers that I do not like “, sending the clear message: lawyers must stick to the party line, or other,” she added.

Perkins Coie brought an action to block the executive decree of President Donald Trump who eliminates security authorizations for lawyers working for Perkins Coie and aims to end all government contracts that exist with the office.

Howll’s decision is a rapid reprimand of government’s actions in a case that is only a challenge against Trump’s efforts to target law firms who represented their political opponents or used them.
Trump’s decree, which quoted the former representation of Perkins Coie from the 2016 campaign of Hillary Clinton, sought to go beyond the security authorizations of the lawyer’s lawyers, interrupting almost all relations with the federal government and preventing its lawyers from accessing most federal buildings.
In March, Howell issued a temporary ban prescription preventing the Trump administration from implementing key parts of the decree.

During a court hearing on April 23, while Howell was considering a more sustainable block, she again expressed her concerns about the constitutionality of Trump’s decision and strongly questioned government lawyers.
On the day of this hearing, Trump went to social networks to criticize the judge by name on his mission to the case.
Trump published similar decrees targeting four other law firms, while at least nine law firms have concluded controversial agreements with the White House, offering millions of dollars in work on the causes supported by the Conservatives to avoid being targeted.
