“Let me be clear: I made the decisions during my presidency. I made the decisions concerning the pardons, the executive decrees, the legislation and the proclamations. Any suggestion that I have not done is ridiculous and false,” he said in his declaration.

The Attorney General Pam Bondi did not directly address the Trump directive. A spokesman for the Ministry of Justice refused to comment when he was asked by ABC News.
