Trump preparing the Directorate of the Directorate of the Secretary of Education to dissolve the Ministry of Education: Sources

President Donald Trump is expected to cross the extraordinary measure this week to direct his education secretary to dissolve the United States Ministry of Education by decree, according to sources familiar with a project.
An executive draft decree calls for the Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to facilitate a closure of the department by taking all the necessary measures “authorized by law”, said the sources.

However, such a decision would require the approval of the congress; Any proposed legislation would probably fail without 60 votes from the Senate.
McMahon previously recognized that she would need the congress to carry out the president’s vision to close the department she had been exploited to lead.
“We would like to do things well,” she said during her confirmation audience last month, adding: “This certainly requires an action from the congress.”
This decision was in progress, helping the president to get closer to the realization of his campaign promise to return education in the United States.
The project is clear about the need to do so, sources said.
“The federal bureaucratic outfit on education must end,” said a draft president’s decree, according to those who know the document. “The main functions of the Ministry of Education may and should be returned to the States.”
McMahon is also constrained by the project to allocate federal funding for education programs subject to rigorous compliance with the law and administration policy.
“The experience of controlling American education through federal programs and dollars – – and inexplicable bureaucrats of these programs and dollars of support – – failed our children, teachers and families,” said the project, according to sources.
However, criticisms argued that the ministry provides financial assistance and vital subsidies programs. He holds the schools responsible for the application of the laws on non -discrimination for sex, race and disability – in particular, title IX, title VI and the law of rehabilitation of 1973 and the law on American with disabilities.
The closure of the agency “would really paralyze the ability to operate and help the support these students need to succeed from an academic point of view,” Vice-President of the Defense Group’s defense group, The Education Trust told ABC News.
Educational experts have suggested that closing emergencies could interrupt the financing of public education and an impact in a disproportionate manner to high -level students across the country that counts on programs authorized by law, such as the law on the education of disabled people and title I, which provides funding for low -income families.
The end of the department could also leave billions of dollars in funds, scholarships and subsidies hung in balance for millions of students in the United States
The project also instructed any program or activity receiving federal funding to “end” its diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, citing concerns for discrimination based on race and sex.

The circulation of the project comes only a few days after the launch of Enddei.ed.ed.Gov, a website that allows users to submit complaints focused on discrimination and aims to strictly apply the civil rights law law in schools.
The current version of the executive order has denounced education expenses which are not correlated with adequate results on exams such as the national evaluation of education progress, which was nicknamed “the country’s bulletin”, sources said.
Meanwhile, he ordered McMahon to return the decision-making authority to parents and families in order to improve “education, well-being and future success” of the country of the country.
McMahon’s allies believe that his experience as the CEO of World Wrestling Entertainment will help him be an agent of change, a disruptor and the dismantleman that the department needs.
In an email at the department’s level on Monday, the newly sworn secretary said that her final mission was to make a “historic overhaul” of the agency which cuts administrative formalities and restores the American education system.
“My vision is aligned with that of the president: sending an education to the United States and allowing all parents to choose an excellent education for their children,” said McMahon’s note.
Dozens of emergency employees have already been placed on paid administrative leave, in a hurry to retire or dismissal during the first months of Trump’s second term.
