Ukraine bombes Russia with the largest drone warbar, says Moscow

London – The Russian Defense Ministry said its forces shot 337 Ukrainian drones overnight, in what seemed to be the largest cross -border air attack in kyiv against Russia since Moscow launched its large -scale invasion in 2022.
The ministry reported that it has defeated drones in 10 Russian regions. According to Mayor Sergei Sobyanin, Moscow’s air defenses drew all night while facing several waves of attack drones. The Defense Ministry said it had killed 91 drones on the capital.
Moscow’s attack was “massive,” wrote Sobyanin on Telegram. Governor Andrei Vorobyov said that at least two people had been killed and eight injured in the capital.
Several high -rise residential buildings, houses and businesses have been damaged by drones or falling debris, said Vorobyov.

The Federal Air Agency of Russia said that thefts had been suspended in the four Moscow airports, with flights in the airports in the Yaroslavl and Nizhny Novgorod regions east of Moscow also founded.
Russian Ministry of Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova denounced the dam as a “terrorist attack” in a statement published on Telegram.
Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that the details of the attack were “naturally” reported to President Vladimir Putin and that Ukraine suggested that Ukraine had targeted civil facilities, in the comments reported by the TASS news agency managed by the state.
When asked if Ukrainian strikes were intended to disrupt the emerging ceasefire talks, Peskov has replied: “There are not yet negotiations. So far, the Americans, in their own words, try to understand how ready Ukraine is ready for peace talks. There are no negotiations yet, so there is no disruption of Ukraine.”
“But the fact that it is possible to spoil the emerging trend, yes,” added Peskov.
The Ukrainian army did not immediately comment on strikes.
The drone dam came while American and Ukrainian negotiators have prepared to open up cease-fire talks in Djeddah, Saudi Arabia, Tuesday after weeks of public tensions and disagreements.
President Donald Trump’s administration pushes kyiv to concessions to the continuation of a peace agreement to end the invasion of the three -year country in Russia. The White House also wants Ukraine to rely on a controversial sharing mineral agreement that Trump has designed as a way to recover tens of billions of American aid sent to Ukraine since 2022.
kyiv has repeatedly declared that she would not accept any transaction which did not include concrete security guarantees to prevent repeated Russian assaults in the future.
Trump supervised Ukraine and its president Volodymyr Zelenskyy as the main obstacle to peace, blamingly blaming Ukraine for having triggered war, seeking to undermine the legitimacy of Zelenskyy and to align himself publicly with the false accounts of Moscow around the conflict. The United States has sought to push Ukraine to the negotiating table by geling military aid and information sharing.
“The most important thing we have to leave here is a strong feeling that Ukraine is ready to do difficult things,” Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Monday that will participate in Tuesday talks.
Rubio said the Russians “should also do difficult things”, although Trump and his senior officials have not said what concessions in Moscow might be invited to make. American and Russian negotiators met for the first time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia last month.
Zelenskyy went to Saudi Arabia on Monday to meet the crown prince and the de facto sovereign Mohammed bin Salman. Zelenskyy will not participate in Tuesday talks with the American delegation.
Zelenskyy said he had a “detailed discussion” with Salman on “the stages and the conditions necessary to end the war and guarantee reliable and lasting peace”, in a social media position after the two leaders met.
“I specifically underlined the issue of the release of prisoners and the return of our children, which could become a key step in building confidence in diplomatic efforts. An important part of the discussion was devoted to security guarantee formats,” said Zelenskyy.

Zelenskyy said that a Ukrainian delegation “will remain” in the country to “work with the American team” on Tuesday. Zelenskyy said he hoped for “practical results”, from the United States-Ukraine meeting.
“Ukraine’s position in these talks will be fully constructive,” he added.
A source close to Zelenskyy has confirmed to ABC News that Ukraine will offer a partial cease-fire in its talks with the United States. The partial ceasefire would apply to long-range air strikes and at sea attacks, the source said.
The time of the truce remains uncertain.
“We want to offer a partial cease-fire that can be monitored and then see how the Russians react to determine the following steps,” added the source.
Rubio told journalists on Monday that he had seen promises in the Partial cease-fire proposal from Ukraine.
“I am not saying that only is enough, but this is the kind of concession that you would need to see to end this conflict,” he said.
Rubio said that the finalization of the mineral agreement with Ukraine was “an important subject, but that this is not the main subject of the agenda”.
“This is certainly an agreement that the president wants to see, but that should not necessarily happen tomorrow,” he said. “There are even more details to determine.”
In the meantime, the night exchanges of drones and missiles seem to continue.
Ukraine’s Air Force said that his forces had followed an Iskander ballistic missile and 126 drones drawn in the country during the night. The missile and 79 drones have been slaughtered, said Air Force, with 35 other lost drones in flight without effect.
Donetsk, Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy and Kyiv were affected, according to the press release.
