Updates of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs: Defense defies the defense of Ventura Friend on alleged threat of comb

In counter-examination, a defense lawyer sought to put doubt on the story of Bryana Bongolan on Sean Combs which would occur in the house of the ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura and would have thrown a knife on it.

Bongolan declared during the counter-examination that she did not know how it had happened, but she said: “I just saw what I saw.”

In response to defense questions, Bongolan could not explain where Combs would have found the knife and when he picked it up, nor where in the apartment, the alleged incident occurred.

“So you really don’t remember this true incident?” Defense lawyer Nicole Westmoreland said.

“I just saw the knife being thrown and the knife is rejected behind,” said Bongolan.

“Haven’t called the police?” Asked Westmoreland.

“No”, tested the Bongolan.

“Haven’t you left the house?” Asked Westmoreland.

“He left,” said Bongolan in court, referring to Combs.

“You have testified that Mr. Combs would come just and that he would enter the house, but you don’t know how?” Asked the defense lawyer.

“Yah,” said Bongolan.

In her relentless cross, Westmoreland also pointed out that what she argued was inconsistencies in the way Bongolan testified on the Balcony incident, the way in which she spoke to federal prosecutors before the trial, and the way in which he is described in his civil trial.

“Today, you have testified that you sleep and that the combs came?” Asked Westmoreland.

“Yes,” said Boolan.

“Isn’t it true that during your first interview, you told the government that it was a party, not that you sleep?” Asked Westmoreland.

“I don’t remember,” said Bongolan in court.

When asked to remember where she was on the balcony, the Bongolan said: “I was looking at sight.”

Westmoreland asked, “Do you remember having said to the government during your first interview that you were looking at and see Mr. Combs loading in the room?” Bongolan testified that she did not remember.

Bongolan’s civil trial accuses combs of groping its breast. “Haven’t you said to the government, Mr. Combs tried to get caught?” Asked Westmoreland.

“I don’t remember,” said Bongolan.

“Isn’t it true that only two days ago, you just don’t remember the details of the allegation of the balcony?” Asked Westmoreland.

“I don’t remember,” said Bongolan again.

“What drugs were you tonight?” Asked Westmoreland.

“I don’t remember,” said Bongolan in court in response.

At one point, while the stopwatch was a good after 3 p.m., the usual time court postponed, judge Subramanian intervened, asking: “Ms. Westmoreland, how much do you have?”

She replied, “It’s going to be a moment.”

The court is now postponed for the day. Bana will be back for more cross-examination Thursday when the court will meet at 11 a.m.
