The serious storms threaten millions in southern Texas in Carolines

Several violent cycles of time are targeting a large southern band this weekend. More than 40 million Americans are in the threat zone until Saturday evening, extending from Texas to Carolines.

Employed gusts of wind, a large hail and isolated tornadoes are possible with all the serious thunderstorms that move.

Earlier Saturday, torrential rains criticized games of Arkansas, including the Little Rock metro triggering sudden floods.

A line of serious thunderstorms sweeps away from the southeast parts this afternoon, causing strong gusts of wind and several wind damage in the north of the Mississippi and the Alabama.

A serious thunderstorm watch is in force in several states, including Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta in the evening hours.

The potential violent weather occurs after nine tornadoes were reported on Friday in Texas and Oklahoma.

The hail the size of the grapefruit was reported near Briscoe, Texas, with a hail larger than the size of the baseball balls reported elsewhere in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado.

Friday, winds up to 90 MPH was reported in a weather station near Lora, Texas, with winds of more than 70 mi / h with other storms in Texas and Oklahoma.

The threat of storm continues on Sunday

On Sunday, many of the same areas affected by storms in the last 24 hours will be again in the severe meteorological threat area.

Employed gusts of wind, a large hail and isolated tornadoes are also possible.

A threat of level 4 out of 5 out of 5 – indicating a “moderate risk” has now been delivered for parts of the south of Oklahoma and Northern Texas, notably Lawton, Oklahoma and Wichita Falls, Texas. These areas have the greatest risk of seeing a very large hail and destructive gusts of wind.

Many serious thunderstorms are possible for areas highlighted in the orange above, as part of a threat of level 3 out of 5 out of 5, indicating an “improved risk”.

Very large hail and destructive gusts of wind could also have an impact on these places, which includes Oklahoma City and Dallas.

The violent threat of time will persist in certain parts of the south until Monday, with Louisiana in South Carolina currently in the threat area for another series of strong thunderstorms.
