Trump again softens the federal judge to the controversy of the flight of the expulsion center

President Donald Trump is again unleashed against the first federal judge of the Washington circuit, DC, who made an order to arrest the expulsion flights of the alleged members of gangs under the Extraterrestrial Enemies Act.

“If a president is not allowed to throw murderers and other criminals, outside our country because a radical crazy judge wants to assume the role of president, then our country is in very big troubles and intended to fail!” Trump wrote early Wednesday morning in an article on Truth Social, reacting to the order of the American district judge James Boasberg on Saturday to stop the expulsion flights which were already in the air.

He also comes after Trump called for the dismissal of Boasberg.

“Many people have called for its dismissal, the dismissal of this judge.

“He was appointed Obama, and he said that we should not be able to take criminals, killers, murderers, horrible, worst people, gang members, gang leaders, that we should not be allowed to remove them from our country,” said Trump. “It is not just a local judge made this decision.”

In the wake of Trump’s appeal to dismissal, chief judge Roberts published a reprimanding unusual statement.

“For more than two centuries, it has been established that dismissal has not been an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Roberts said in the press release. “The normal appeal examination process exists for this purpose.”

The congress can accommodate a judge if a simple majority is reached in the chamber. If the articles were resumed and finally erase the room, the Senate should have a trial. It would take a majority vote of two thirds in the upper chamber to condemn a judge.

It is rare, but not unprecedented, for the members of the Congress to deposit articles of dismissal against a judge.

Trump, meanwhile, rejected Roberts’ criticism, saying: “He did not mention my name in the declaration. I just saw him quickly. He did not mention my name.”
