Rap rivalries, sexual performance and assault weapons are developed to the trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

A race with a record rival frame at Mel’s Drive-In, assault weapons with illegally degraded standard numbers and sexual performance at the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Central Park West was some of the subjects that the jurors of the Sean Combs criminal trial heard on Tuesday, when the prosecutors were trying to build their case of racketeering and sex trafficking against the rap magnate.

During almost six hours of testimony from the 11th day of the trial, federal prosecutors called for the former personal assistant of Stand Combs, a federal agent, the mother of the star witness of the government and a sex worker nicknamed “The Punisher”.

They argued that large -scale testimony helps to prove the durations to which Combs was willing to benefit to benefit and protect what they alleged is a criminal enterprise.

Combs pleaded not guilty and his lawyers argued that his private driving in the room did not make sex trafficking. His lawyers argued that all violence alleged by witnesses was motivated by love, jealousy and drug use – not the desire to force anyone in sex.

The prosecutors plan to continue their case on Wednesday by calling Dawn Hughes, a psychologist specializing in sexual trauma, George Kaplan, former assistant of Combs and Scott Mescudi, the rapper known as Kid Cudi and who is briefly out with the former Girlfriend of Combs, Cassie Ventura.

The former Combs assistant testifies to Sage Knight meets

David James, a personal assistant from Combres, told the jurors of the wide range of tasks he has accomplished for the rap magnate: to store hotel rooms and buy drugs to be the driver when Combs – allegedly armed with several firearms – wanted to face the director of the Rival Marion “Suge” Knight.

The jurors first heard of the alleged interaction between Combs and Knight during the testimony of the ex-girlfriend of Combs, Cassie Ventura. It would have taken place around 2008 or 2009 and was a moment that threatened to flirt with violent history between the Titans of rap music of the 1990s and long -standing rivalries between the east and west coast.

Ventura testified that after a so-called “Freak off”, a security guard named D-Roc informed him that Knight, the former CEO of Death Row Records and a longtime rival in Combs, was spotted at Mel. Despite his calls to stop, Ventura said that Combres had wrapped her weapons and headed for the restaurant to face Knight.

“I was crying. I shouted, as, please don’t do anything stupid,” said Ventura last week.

James said to the jurors on the other side of the story, describing D-Roc confronted Knight when they were at Mel to collect cheeseburgers for combs.

“We stopped in the parking lot and D-Roc looks and said:” It’s Motherf ——- Suge Knight “,” said James, describing how he returned to the Combs Maison to find Combs and Ventura. “Cassie looked very in distress. She told him not to go there,” said James.

James testified that Combs, allegedly with three cannons on his lap, ordered him to return to the restaurant. It was this moment, he said, who finally encouraged him to stop working for Combres.

“I was really struck by this. I realized for the first time that Mr. Combs’ assistant was in danger,” said James.

Prosecutors accused that Combs and its pretended partners used “violence, the use of firearms, threats of violence, coercion” to protect and promote the “power of the Combs company”.

James also testified on the purchase and supply of drugs for the combs and storage of the hotel rooms of the magnate oil with baby oil, an astroglid lubricant, condoms and prophylactic. He told the jury that he had accidentally participated in a basket, with Ventura and a male worker.

Questioned by the defense lawyers, James testified that he had already had sex with a prostitute and that he refused to pay his services and that he had a physical altercation with another of Combs employees. James said he had spoken with prosecutors under a utility agreement, which means that he had the immunity to be prosecuted for everything he said on the stand.

“Have they given you a type of immunity?” Asked the defense lawyer Marc Agnifilo.

“I should ask my lawyer for this question,” he said. “My lawyer said I had no legal visibility.”

Cassie Ventura’s mother testifies to the fact that the combs make her daughter sing

Regina Ventura, the mother of the star witness Cassie Ventura took the position on Tuesday to testify to taking a loan at home to pay comb to prevent her from following an alleged threat from freeing her daughter’s tape.

“The threats that were made to me by Sean” Puffy “Combs are that … He will publish 2 explicit sex bands of me,” wrote Ventura in an email to his mother’s cark assistant and Capricorn on December 23, 2011. The jurors saw the email when Cassie Ventura testified last week.

“I was physically ill. I didn’t understand much.

Regina Ventura testified that she and her husband had decided to contract a loan so that they could send combs the $ 20,000 he demanded, although he finally returned the money.

“We decided that was the only way we could get the money,” she said. “I was afraid for my daughter’s safety.”

Regina Ventura also told the jurors that she had decided to photograph the injuries that her daughter would have suffered from combs so that they have an alleged violence file.

About 15 years after having documented injuries, prosecutors showed the jury photos last week to highlight the testimony of Cassie Ventura on the violence she suffered in the hands of Combs.

“ The Punisher ” testifies to a dozen

Known professionally under the name of Punisher, the male escort Sharay Hayes told the jury that he had met Combres and Cassie Ventura for the first time in 2012, when he was hired to help create a “sexy erotic scene” for what, said Ventura, was the birthday of Combs. He testified that he had obtained his nickname when he was a teenager according to the way he played basketball.

He testified that Ventura, who used Janet’s name when booking sex workers, asked him to come to Trump International Hotel & Tower on Central Park West in Manhattan to perform a tape act. Upon arrival, Ventura asked him to cover her baby oil while Combs looked, said Hayes.

“I was specifically told not to recognize her husband. Try not to look at him. No communication between me and him,” said Hayes. “The room was weakly lit, perhaps electronic candles. All the furniture was covered with sheets and there was roughly an area for me to sit down and sit in front of me. There were bowls of water and bottles of baby oil.”

Hayes told the jurors that Combs was naked for the meeting and wore a veil, sometimes masturbating during interaction and offering “subtle directions” to Ventura.

After their first interaction, Hayes said he had worked for the couple eight to 12 times, receiving $ 1,200 to $ 2,000 on each occasion.

During their last meeting, Hayes testified Combs asked him to have sex with Ventura but refused because he could not play sexually under “a lot of pressure”.

Cr counter-examined by combat lawyers, Hayes testified that he thought that Ventura was comfortable during the exchanges, which potentially undervalued the argument that she had been forced to participate.

“I had no clues, there was discomfort there,” said Hayes when asked if Ventura seemed uncomfortable with the meetings.

The question of whether Ventura was forced or voluntarily participated is one of the most critical questions in the accusation of the comb of cultural icons on time.

Jurors see proof of weapons with degraded standard numbers

For the last witness of the day, the jurors heard a federal agent who testified to recovering several assault weapons from the residence of Miami Beach of Combs when she was attacked in March 2024. The agent, Gerard Gannon, said that the number of weapons was degraded – a violation of federal laws on arms.

By holding weapons parties in court so that the jury could see, Gannon testified that the investigators had recovered a magazine of 30 laps containing 19 laps and a complete magazine at 10 laps at the Maison de Combs, with the ammunition on the same shelf as the 7-inch platform heels and lingerie.

Prosecutors allegedly alleged that Combs and his associates were based on “violence, the use of firearms, [and] Threats of violence “to exploit their criminal business.
