“Terribly insufficient”: the federal judge accuses the Ministry of Justice to escape “obligations” to comply with the request for expulsion theft

US District Judge James Boasberg, the federal judge who prevented the Trump administration from deporting Venezuelan immigrants that he alleges members of the Gang Tren in Aragua without regular procedure, accused the Ministry of Justice to escape “his obligations” to comply with his order for more information on deportation flights, according to a new file.

Boasberg Said in an Order Thursday that after a noon deadline, Justice Department Attorneys Filed A Written Declaration from an acting us immigration and customs enfielding Field Officer, which Repeated General Information about the Deportation Flights and that Cabinet Secreties Were Still Weight Invoke the States Secret Privilege, a move that allows the head of an executive Department to refuse to produce evidence in a short case on the group that evidence is secret information that would harm national security or foreign relationships if they are disclosed, according to the center for constitutional right.

“It’s terribly insufficient,” said Boasberg in response.

Boasberg ordered more information on expulsion flights, which the administration has carried out under the law on extraterrestrial enemies, an authority rarely used in wartime. Boasberg ordered that they will make around two flights that the administration declared to expel the alleged members of migrant gangs in Salvador. Officials did not run these flights.

The Trump administration has not yet published the names of the alleged members of the Gang who have been expelled.

The Ministry of Justice initially refused to provide more information on flights, citing national security problems.

Boasberg said Thursday that it forced the government to show the cause by March 25 on the reasons why its answers so far and the non-compliance with undocumented migrants in the United States have not violated its temporary ban prescriptions.

In addition, he asked the government to file a declaration under oath before 10 am by a person involved in the discussions on Trump’s cabinet on the privilege of state secrets – and to say by March 25 if he plans to invoke the privilege.

On Thursday, Karen Travers d’ABC News asked the press secretary of the White House, Karoline Leavitt, why the administration did not give the information concerning expulsion flights if they are convinced that they respected the judge’s order.

“We are convinced that we conformed, and as I said on the podium, all the flights which were subject to the written order of the judge took off before the written order was pushed into the courtroom,” said Leavitt. “And the president is part of his article, his power of article II and his authority under the law on extraterrestrial enemies to make these decisions.”

Earlier this week, Trump and some Room Republicans called to dismiss Boasberg, Trump calling the “radical left” judge.

The United States Chief Judge John Roberts has published a rare declaration on the threat of dismissal, reporting a clear difference in opinion between the judicial and executive branches.

“For more than two centuries, it has been established that dismissal has not been an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision,” Roberts said in the press release. “The normal appeal examination process exists for this purpose.”
