The Democratic Party “ Dubbing “during the meetings of the town hall targeting the districts of the republican

The National Democratic Committee – continuing its efforts to welcome the Town Hall in the Republican districts – announces a new set of town hall focused on the budget bill led by the Republicans and features high -level civil servants such as Senator Cory Booker, DN.J., ABC News has learned exclusively.
These “popular town hall”, which will be held during the recess of April two weeks of the Congress which begins next week, comes as the Democrats turn to the Republicans and the White House and to reach out to voters concerning economic concerns and affordability.
Democrats largely concentrate on a budgetary plan which, according to President Donald Trump, will help the priorities of his administration, in particular tax cuts and border security investments.
But this bill was criticized by Democrats as potentially leading to reductions on key programs on which Americans count, such as health care or food assistance, during the economic uncertainty.

“In red and blue communities, people are sick and tired of Donald Trump and Elon Musk destroying the economy, threatening health care and social security and aggravating family life,” said DNC president Ken Martin.
“In April, we double with leading democratic voices joining even more town halls in key districts across the country. The Republicans still want to claim that their voters do not exist, but we think that the Americans deserve to make their voices heard.”

The Republicans argued that the budgetary plan will not threaten and threaten any advantage or law, and Trump said that his administration would not reduce or threaten social security benefits. The Republicans have also rejected the allegations that they do not organize the town halls, saying that they continue to organize events in person or hear voters by telephone and practically. Some members faced a fierce decline in voters during their events.
The town halls of the Democratic Party during recess should present personalities from the high -level congress – notably Booker, the Senator of Connecticut Chris Murphy, the representative of Arizona Greg Stanton and the representative of Florida Maxwell Frost, according to the DNC.
Booker received increased attention in early April after having broken a congress record, speaking for more than 24 hours in a marathon speech on the Senate soil to protest the national “crisis”, according to him, President Donald Trump and key advisor Elon Musk had created.

“The Democratic Party is the weakest when it is concerned about the party. It is the strongest when it is concerned about the people, when it is larger and wider than any narrow political analysis,” Booker “in ABC News” this week “, the George Stephanopoulos on Sunday.
The Democratic town halls will take place during recreation on April 13 in the 6th district of Arizona, on April 22 in the 8th Pennsylvania district, on April 24 in the 8th district of Colorado and the 9th district of North Caroline, and on April 25 in the 2nd district of Missouri.
Two of these districts – the 8th of the Pennsylvania, represented by the representative Robert Bresnahan, and the 8th in Colorado, represented by the representative Gabe Evans, were reversed by the Republicans during the 2024 elections.
The 9th district of North Carolina is represented by the representative Richard Hudson, president of the National Committee of the Republican Campaign (NRCC). In March, Hudson encouraged the Republicans of the Chamber to do more virtual events instead of the town hall in person, although the NRCC said that it was a suggestion to help members reach more voters.
The new batch of the City Hall of Democrats is also a joint effort between the DNC and two of its affiliated societies, the campaign committee of the Democrat Congress (DCC) and the Association of State Democratic Committees (ASDC).

“While vulnerable Republicans continue to take place frightened because they vote to increase costs, Medicaid intests and threaten the families of workers, we will make sure that voters know that they do not have to wait for elections to keep them responsible,” said the president of the DCCC. Suzan Delbene, D-Wash., In a press release.
According to the DNC, these three party arms welcomed 71 town halls in 35 states and territories in the last three weeks, with tens of thousands of participants in total.
In a statement to ABC News on Thursday morning after the publication of this story, the National Committee of the Republican Congress called the “political theater” town halls and an attempt to distract voters from the disorders within the Democratic Party.
“No one falls in love with their last masquerade,” wrote NRCC spokesperson Mike Marinella.
