The man deported by extraterrestrial enemies acts because of the tattoo of the football logo: lawyer

A lawyer representing a migrant sent to Salvador under the Act respecting extraterrestrial enemies said that his client had been expelled due to a football logo tattoo, according to judicial declarations subject on Wednesday evening.
Linette Tobin represents Jerce Reyes Barrios, a professional football player from Venezuela who protested the Maduro regime in February and March 2024 and was detained and tortured after one of the demonstrations.
Barrios came legally to the American-Mexican border via the CBP One application in September 2024, but was accused of being a Tren of Aragua, or ADD, a member and was detained in a maximum security establishment, said Tobin.

Salvadoral police escorts members of the members of the Venezuelan gang Tren of Aragua recently expelled by the United States government to be imprisoned in the prison of the Terrorism Center for Terrorism, in San Luis Talpa, El Salvador, obtained on March 16, 2025.

The Biden administration has expanded the use of the CBP One telephone request to allow migrants to submit general information and plan meetings with immigration officials to entrance ports. The officials would then determine if the person could be authorized in the country, some in order to submit an asylum complaint. President Donald Trump eliminated this functionality during his first days in power.
The Ministry of Internal Security accused Barrios of having a tattoo affiliated with gangs and said that a photo of him had shown him displaying gang panels. ABC News contacted DHS.
The tattoo in question showed a crown seated at the top of a football ball with a rosary and the word “Dios” (God), according to Tobin. One statement by the tattoo artist confirmed that Barrios chose her because she was similar to the Real Madrid football team logo, the lawyer said. According to Tobin, these alleged gang signs were the symbol of the hand of rock and roll and “i love you” in sign language.
Tobin also said that he had submitted Venezuela files which indicated that Barrios did not have a criminal record in his country of origin and was an employee as a professional football player and children’s football coach.

Barrios was transferred by maximum security after submitting this proof and had an audience for April 17, according to his lawyer.
Around March 10 or 11, Tobin said that his client had been transferred to Texas without notice and was quickly expelled to Salvador on March 15.
“The lawyer and the family have lost all contact with him and have no information” on his fate, wrote Tobin in court documents.
Trump announced on Saturday that he had signed a proclamation declaring that the Gang of Tren of Aragua “was pursuing an irregular war” against the United States and would therefore deport his members under the law on extraterrestrial enemies of 1798.
US District Judge James Boasberg prevented the Trump administration from deporting non-citizens on Saturday under the law on extraterrestrial enemies and ordered that they were spinning around two flights that the administration exported members of alleged migrant gangs in El Salvador.
After the officials did not run theft, judge Boasberg asked them Provide more information About thefts, under Seal, but the lawyers of the Ministry of Justice refused, citing national security problems. According to a legal file on Wednesday morning, MJ lawyers said they plan to invoke the privilege of the State’s secrets to refuse the judge this information.
